Peña de Bernal Tour

After breakfast, head towards the gateway to La Sierra Gorda, a unique ecosystem in Mexico with numerous waterfalls. Once in Bernal, take a two-hour hike to La Peña de Bernal, a Majestic Monolith that rises 8,200 feet. above sea level. After the hike, relax at a local restaurant before walking around Bernal Pueblo. The afternoon is free for you to explore the area and SeeMexico will happily help you out with suggestions.

La Huasteca Potosina & Puente de Dios and Las Pozas de Xilitla

After breakfast, you will make your way towards to Xilitla. On the way, we will stop at Puente de Dios waterfalls and take a dip. Afterwards, we will continue with a tour of Las Pozas surreal gardens. Once the tour finishes, you will have extra time to get lost in this magical place. The group will meet for a late lunch followed by a free evening to relax or walk into town.

La Huasteca Potosina, Sotano de las Golondrinas & Cascada de Tamul

Early Rise to arrive in time at El Sotano de las Golondrinas to witness a natural bird spectacle that occurs at sunrise. Afterwards we will head to Tanchacín, of course on our way we will stop to have breakfast. Once in Tanchacín we will ride a wooden raft and paddle 45 minutes until we reach the famous Cascada de Tamul. After all this activities, we will take you for a well-deserved local lunch, once we finish we will head to Peotillos a XIX Century Hacienda where we will spend the night and enjoy a light dinner prepared by your host family

After spending, a few days in La Huasteca Potosina visiting the natural wonders this place has to offer. We think a relaxing day in a magnificent hacienda is the way to go. After a late breakfast, we will go for a small hike through the hay forest, then we will get to know the hacienda and its history. Afterwards a Mexican traditional lunch will be served at the main dining room. In the afternoon, we will prepare a campfire for you to relax and enjoy the evening under the Mexican stars.

3 to 4 hour horse ride through the Wirikuta Sacred Place and Ghost town

We will start early towrds Real de Catorce, which has long been a pilgrimage site for both local Catholics and Huichol shamanists, and is highly reputed for its unique spiritual energy and Peyote trecks. We will ride horses through some rocky cliffs, desert areas, as well as through the incredible ghost town ruins on our road to Quemado in order to get a glimpse of the fascinating Huichol culture. In the afternoon we will explore local shops and try suggest local dining places.

San Miguel de Allende, UNESCO World Heritage Site

We will start the day early, traveling four hours to San Miguel de Allende, one of the most concurred travel destinations in Mexico. Once we arrive there we will take you to the Toy Museum, so that you can immerse yourself in the colorful history of Mexican toys.

After the tour we will head to lunch, where you will have the chance to try traditional Mexican dishes. Once we've eaten to our heart's content, we will stroll to San Miguel`s Central plaza to see La Parroquia Cathedral. Our final stop will be the Artisans market where you will find San Miguel`s finest artists, painters and craftsmen. Our local experienced guides will give us amazing facts about the town´s history, its beautiful buildings, and some local traditions.

Farewell Mexico

We will leave early towards Mexico City, where our experience finishes.
